Terms
Effective October 8, 2026
These terms cover your use of this website and the quote form. By using the site or sending a quote request, you agree to them. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy.
Who we are
“Pool Chemistry,” “we” and “us” mean Pool Chemistry, an owner operated pool service in Greater Sarasota, Florida. “You” means anyone using this site.
Quotes
Quotes are free and there is no obligation. Sending a request does not create a service agreement and does not commit you or us to anything. A price we give before seeing your pool is an estimate. We confirm the rate after we walk your pool, and service starts only once we have both agreed on the price and the schedule.
Your information
You agree that what you send us is accurate and that the email address and phone number you give are yours or ones you are allowed to use. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
How we contact you
When you check the box on the quote form, you agree that Pool Chemistry may email you at the address you gave us about your quote and your service, such as replies to your request, scheduling and invoices. If you also leave a phone number, we may call you about the same things. We do not send marketing emails, and we do not text.
If you would like us to stop contacting you, reply to any email from us and say so.
Content on this site
The information here is general and is meant to explain how we work. It is not a guarantee about the condition or chemistry of any particular pool. Photos and images on this site are illustrations and may not show pools we service.
The Pool Chemistry name, logo and the content of this site belong to Pool Chemistry. Please do not copy them without permission.
Limits of liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent Florida law allows, Pool Chemistry is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss that comes from using this website. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Sarasota County, Florida. If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Questions can be sent through the quote form on this site.
